Since 1949 A & A Manufacturing has been engineering and manufacturing flexible protective covers for the machine tool industry to protect personnel and machines in operating environments. They have a highly recognized line of dependable Gortite protective covers for a wide range of applications.

In 1969 the Gortrac division was formed to manufacture cable and hose carrier systems to meet the growing demand for protecting control cables, electric cables, and hydraulic cables in moving applications. Today Gortrac manufactures a complete line of metallic and non-metallic carriers.

In 2002 A & A Manufacturing Co., Inc. purchased Milwaukee Protective Covers. With this acquisition A & A Manufacturing Co., Inc. will improve upon our product line by now offering Thermic-Weld® Covers, ATD Actuator® Machine Door Openers and Safety Curtains for Welding Cells.
